G&D Visionary Construction, LLC is a rapidly growing construction company based in South Florida that specializes in residential and commercial ground up construction, remodeling, restorations, and renovations. Our company was founded by father and son team, German and Daniel Alvarado, and now joining us is Alexander Estremera with A&J Property Makeover LLC. Our company is founded on the principles of dedication, teamwork, and commitment to quality construction.

We are now happy to partner up with AJ Property Makeover. With Alex managing projects in Orlando, we are excited to expand and work together for our clients. With his years of expertise and experience, we will only deliver quality service.
